A few months ago, my mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I didn’t know at the time, but apparently a life expectancy of 5 years is the best possible outcome.
That’s only if the first line treatment succeeds. For my mom, it didn’t.
There are some treatment options left, but the summary is: “at this point, there’s no cure. Life expectancy is going to be lower.”
What should I do to make the most of the time we have left?
